GayTalk Cinema is the popular movie evening at Positively UK – making use of brand new equipment in the training room. The evening alternates with the Gay Talk Social which takes place on the third Thursday of every month.
Following popular vote, this month’s cinema night screening will be the highly acclaimed and Oscar Nominated, ‘Call Me By Your Name‘.
It’s the summer of1983 in Italy and Elio, a precocious 17 year old, spends his days in his family’s villa transcribing and playing classical music, reading and flirting with his friend Marzia. One day, Oliver, a charming American scholar arrives as the annual summer intern tasked with helping Elio’s dad, an eminent professor. Elio and Olier discover the beauty of awakening desire over the course of a summer that will alter their lives forever. (127 minutes).
