This week we are heading for a lovely walk in Kent, starting beside the Great Stour River and heading into Canterbury with fine views of the Cathedral. Walking is always a great day, out exploring in the fresh countryside air, it can be the prefect tonic away from the mental clutter from everyday London life. It’s a full day out, but it should blow away all your cobwebs …
