This week we are heading for a lovely walk along the chalk downlands of the Ridgeway, in the Chilterns. Walking is always a great day, out exploring in the fresh countryside air, it can be the prefect tonic away from the mental clutter from everyday London life. It’s a full day out, but it should blow away all your cobwebs …
