Are we sex addicts?
Sex is an important, pleasurable and enjoyable part of most people’s adult lives: it should be fun!
Sex Addiction is the opposite, it might be enjoyable at first, but then it becomes obsessive or compulsive, satisfaction may be short lived followed by facing emotional lows and a need to re-engage in sexual behaviour to find momentary happiness.
