56 Dean Street and St Anne’s Church have again put together a remembrance event for World AIDS day; the church will be open from 4pm for anyone to go and light a candle and remember a loved one, and be in the company of others who care and share your feelings.  At 6pm, there will be guest speakers including Lord Norman Fowler speaking about his acclaimed new book ‘AIDS- Don’t die of prejudice’, afterward there will then be an opportunity to call out the names of friends and loved ones. Although held in a church, the event is aimed to be and considered as non-religious.
